Forwarding into a 200-person group can still be “publication.”

Context decides. Slogans don’t.

An office gossip screenshot blasted to an alumni group is not shielded just because it travelled as a forward. Publication is about reach and meaning in the facts — who saw it, how it was framed, and whether the forwarder treated it as news to spread. “I only forwarded” is a description of the button. It is not a complete legal answer.

The group size matters.

So does what you chose to push into it.
