Practice focus
These are the questions my practice and public writing return to. They are described for understanding — not as packages, fees, or a hire funnel.
Cyber law
Online dispute fact patterns under the IT Act and related procedure: platforms and intermediaries, publication and forwarding, online fraud pipelines, scraping and access disputes, and the gap between public slogans and what a court file actually asks.
Typical themes in Insights: group admin vs authorship, forwarding as publication, payment-rail vs criminal finish lines, blocking orders vs constitutional challenge.
Digital evidence
Electronic records when the other side denies them — chats, emails, headers, ISP or subscriber trails, device images, bank freezes, and workplace monitoring logs. The focus is custody, authenticity, and production — not a cropped screenshot as a shortcut.
Typical themes: screenshot ≠ evidence, IP as a lead not a name, VPN complicating proof, company phone vs personal custody stories.
Data protection
DPDP and related digital compliance questions that surface inside disputes: purpose limitation, consent on paper, erasure and grievance timelines, and the difference between a European slogan and an Indian statutory file.
Typical themes: erasure vs “right to be forgotten” talk, old KYC stores, what “delete” means when backups and lawful exceptions still exist.
Civil & criminal counsel (where digital facts matter)
Matters before Delhi courts in which devices, platforms, payments, or logs decide the shape of the case — employment data leaks, consumer vs police desks for app billing, interim relief against app updates, domain and brand fights that look like “theft” online but need the right forum.
