Intention is still a human question.
Someone sends a threat text. Later: “the phone typed it.” Predictive text can complete a sentence. It does not choose the target, press send, or carry the mental element the offence still asks for. Courts look at who composed, who sent, and whether the words were adopted — not at the keyboard’s suggestions as a substitute for mens rea.
The phone may suggest.
The mind still decides.
