API keys in a GitHub commit: negligence story and access story in one pull request.

An ex-employee pushes a repo with live keys. The company sees a leak. Investigators may also see a path to unauthorised use of systems those keys open. One commit can carry both the sloppy-secrets narrative and the access narrative. Sorting which theory fits the facts is the work — not the screenshot of the commit alone.
