Cyber Desk · Insight. Series: Digital disputes, as Indian courts actually see them.

A Zoom board clip filed as ‘what the director said’ is memory aid until authenticity is tested.

An oppression petition annexes a short video: “the director admitted X.” Useful as a lead. Not self-proving. Courts still ask who recorded, how the file was kept, whether the clip is complete, and how it sits against minutes, notices, and the rest of the board process. A viral fragment can open a door. It does not close the authenticity question.

A clip can refresh memory.

It does not skip proof.
