A QR code on a pamphlet can be a publication path — context decides.

A wedding card, flyer, or invite carries a QR. Scan it and you land on a page that hurts someone’s reputation. The paper is offline. The harm may be online. The legal question is not “is a QR magic.” It is who published what, to whom, with what knowledge, and whether the code was a deliberate bridge to that content. Context decides if the pamphlet is just stationery — or a distribution path.

A QR is a door.

Publication still needs a story through that door.
