About

I am an Advocate practising before the Delhi High Court, with a focus on cyber law, digital evidence, and data protection — alongside civil and criminal matters in Delhi and the NCR.

My work sits where technology meets procedure: how digital facts are restrained, attributed, preserved, and proved when a dispute reaches court.

I write publicly on how Indian courts actually treat digital disputes — as proof problems, not slogans. The series Digital disputes, as Indian courts actually see them appears on LinkedIn and, in longer form, in the Insights section of this site.

  • Master of Laws (LL.M.), Cyber Law — Mewar University
  • Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) — Chaudhary Charan Singh University
  • Master of Computer Applications (MCA) — Kurukshetra University (academic background relevant to systems and digital records — not a software-product practice)

  • Data protection / digital compliance questions arising in disputes

How to read this website

This site is an education desk. Posts explain doors courts and statutes often open — custody, attribution, process, forum. They are not legal advice, not a case assessment, and not an invitation to engage counsel through the public web.

For a procedural or educational enquiry, use the Contact page. Read the Disclaimer before writing.
