Leaking sealed digital evidence into a Telegram channel is a contempt-shaped problem.

Screenshots from an accused’s phone dump hit a public channel while the material is under seal or court restriction. Virality feels like “transparency.” The court may still ask who broke confidentiality of the record and whether the leak scandalised or prejudiced the process. Sealed bytes are not community content.
