Blocking orders under the IT Act are executive tools.

Constitutional challenge is a different courtroom.

A site goes dark. Timelines fill with “illegal censorship.” Blocking directions are issued under a statutory process. Calling them illegal online is not the same as testing them before a constitutional court. Forum, standing, and the order itself still have to be put on a proper file.

Outrage is loud.

The petition is the courtroom.
